The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, often shortened to the Affordable Care Act and nicknamed Obamacare, has been subject to much debate since it passed in March 2010. In November 2016, 2017, and 2018 Gallup conducted a series of surveys that asked Americans for their opinion about the act. The possible responses are: 1 = Approve, keep as is, 2 = Approve, but change significantly, 3 = Disapprove, keep, but change significantly, 4 = Disapprove, repeal and replace, 5 = No opinion. Is there sufficient statistical evidence to conclude that there have been changes over the 3-year period?
