Either individually or in small groups, develop a list of interview questions for potential new hires. These questions should give you a sense of this person’s conflict style and how well they will fit into your team’s culture and work environment. In addition to designing appropriate interview questions, what other sources of information will provide clues as to how this person deals with problem-solving and teamwork? Do they communicate directly or indirectly? Are they constructive problem solvers?
