Prepare a presentation on the material from problems 1–3 and present it to your class. Utilize interesting presentation media (such as video, sound, etc.).

Take the information you have gathered and your assessment of needs so far and suggest a system to meet the department’s current needs, as well as future needs and opportunities. Prepare a paper that includes a situation background, an overview of the system you are suggesting, and the specific technological requirements of said system. Your paper should be no more than 12 pages long (1.5 spacing).

Data from problems 2

Prepare a full feasibility analysis, including Economic, Operational, Schedule, Legal, and Technical analyses for the system you are suggesting in problem 1. Your analysis should be no more than 30 pages long (1.5 spaced).

Data from problems 3

Create the use-case descriptions and diagram(s) for the system in problems 1 and 2. Be sure to create your use cases so that they are complete and clear.

Remember, in real life, the system analyst/designer is often not the person who develops the system, and, in fact, the teams rarely meet at all. Clarity and completeness are essential.
