Write down the tool used in the third column. Next, make a list of issues and problems that you have observed with current project management methods and tools. Put these in a row in the first column of a second table.

The second column of this table should contain the area of E-Business management from the list. A third column can contain the impact of each problem. The first table shows what you have; the second indicates the gaps.
