This book is an excellent step into the world of probability. It balances theory with practical examples really nicely. There's a good range of problems to work through that really help in understanding the concepts. One thing I did notice was that some sections could be a bit more detailed, and a subscription to the online platform helped me with more exercises - got a great discount on that. Delivery time was fantastic, only took a couple of days to arrive.

Received the book quickly and undamaged, which was a plus. I found 'A First Course In Probability, 5th Edition' to be a solid introduction to probability with a well-structured breakdown of complex ideas. While the explanations are generally clear, there were a few spots where I wished the author had offered more real-life applications. The membership discount on my purchase was a nice perk. Overall, it's worth the read especially if you're looking to build a foundational understanding in probability.

As a first-time learner of probability, I found 'A First Course In Probability, 5th Edition' incredibly engaging and informative. The examples are well thought out and make the theoretical concepts much easier to grasp. The exercises at the end of each chapter reinforce the material brilliantly. I particularly appreciated the clear explanations – they made a potentially complex subject approachable and enjoyable. I received my copy well-packaged and ahead of schedule. I'd definitely recommend this book to anyone starting out with probability.
