I'm pretty happy with this book. The examples are really good and make the concepts a lot easier to grasp. While it’s geared towards Canadian practices, there's still a lot that can be applied internationally. Delivery was quick, although the packaging was a bit flimsy. Still, no damage done. Totally worth the purchase for anyone interested in cost management basics and more.

This book strikes a nice balance between theoretical concepts and practical applications. It’s not only ideal for students but also professionals who wish to keep updated with current trends and practices in cost management. I used my educational membership discount to buy this, making it a great investment. A bit dense in parts, but nothing you can't get through with a bit of patience.

Honestly, as someone who's been in the field for over a decade, I found 'Cost Management Measuring, Monitoring And Motivating Performance, 3rd Canadian Edition' to be exceptionally insightful. The way it balances theory with practical application is impressive. The performance motivation section was particularly enlightening. It's one of the few textbooks that go from the basics to more complex topics seamlessly. My professional association membership gave me a nice discount on it too!

The book is okay but could use more depth in certain sections. Some topics feel a bit skimmed over. As a newbie, I did find the introductory chapters helpful. Didn't have any issues with delivery, it was timely and intact.
