Therapy's content is informative but the presentation could use a little work. It's a decent introduction, especially for starters in the field. However, a few sections fell flat on engagement, and I found myself drifting. Got it with my warehouse membership deal, so at least it didn't break the bank. Might be more engaging as a digital version?

If you're looking for a detailed resource in therapy, this book strikes a good balance. However, some sections felt a bit too long and could have been more concise. It's full of solid information and the examples are really helpful for getting to grips with complex ideas. Arrived quickly and well-packaged. Would've liked more visuals, though. Overall, a solid read with useful insights.

Picked up 'Therapy, 1st Edition' for a course I'm taking, and it's been a great help! The explanations are clear, though it occasionally dives too deep into theory more than I anticipated.
