(b) Describe the behavior of the lightbulb from the time the switch is closed until the current reaches the value found in part (a).
(c) Now, suppose the switch is opened after having been closed for a long time. If the inductor is large, it is observed that the light flashes brightly and then burns out. Explain this behavior.
