2. Navigate to the threaded discussion below and in your initial discussion post, provide responses to the following:
a. Development Plans. Then, discuss whether your organization currently uses formal development planning. If so, describe the planning system and process. If not, make a compelling argument for why your company should utilize such planning.
b. 9-Box Grid. Based on your current (or most recent) employment position, identify your placement on the grid and explain why that assessment was selected.
c. Individual Development Plan. Based on your 9-Box Grid self-assessment and other on-the-job feedback, create an individual development plan using the same formatting
d. Seeing Clearly. Think about the mature steward. For this part of the assignment, discuss how clearly you have seen yourself (i.e., self-assessment) and whether you have ever been shocked by what you saw when reflecting on yourself and what you did as a result.
