Laura has been a very active participant, and many of her ideas are good ones because she is very knowledgeable about the way the work is currently done. How do you explain these topics to her in such a way that you don't discourage Laura's continued participation in the project?

Should the buyer of the services have the right to pick the individuals who will work on their project?
