How do eBay and Amazon insure that sellers on their Web sites are legitimate and will provide the goods the sellers are offering? What steps have they taken to insure that both buyers and sellers are treated fairly? Should they monitor sellers, or should buyers using these ad other reseller sites eBay just “beware?”
