Ignore all capacitances except C_gs23 in parallel with a fixed capacitance of 90 fF. Take L_eff= 0.80 µm. Use the data in Table 2.3.

(b) Repeat (a) except use |I_D25| = 0.1 mA.

(c) Compare the results in (a) and (b). Explain the difference.
