■ List your development goals.

■ Outline steps you need to take to move toward your goals.

■ Detail the knowledge and experience you can bring to bear on your project.

■ List ways to leverage the range of your knowledge and experience.

With your group, discuss the following questions:

■ How does a contribution scorecard set expectations for your team?

■ Do you think it will help your team in your day-today tasks? How?

■ How could a contribution scorecard help you measure your performance as a team?
