Every hotel location faces unique threats to the safety of its guests and the security of its assets. Regardless of the threats, GMs must be prepared to deal with a variety of emergency situations. Outline a plan for creating a program you would implement to prepare your hotel for the potential outbreak of a serious fire. What hotel departments should be involved in the plan’s development? Where would you go for resources that could help your efforts?
