b. Does there seem to be an association between race and whether someone owns a cell phone? 

c. Write out the null and alternative hypotheses for this study. 

d. Put the table of counts in the Multiple Proportions applet (make sure you click on Use Table). What is the value of the Mean Group Diff statistic? 

e. Do at least 1000 repetitions and find a p-value. 

f. Based on your p-value, do you have strong evidence that there is an association between race and whether or not someone owns a cell phone?
