Working in small groups, come up with five behavioral questions that could be given in a job interview. Here is an example: “You are stressed because you are late for a meeting. Two people show up on the spur of the moment to talk with you and they say it is important. How would you handle this situation?”

Once each small group has five questions, share your ideas with the rest of the class. Which ones are you most likely to consider using in future interviews? Why? You could even vote on your favorites.
