3. How do you expect each stand-up area user to use the area and the information?

Everyone should be able to quickly understand the status of the program and any drivers that are impeding progress. At a schedule/task level, each IPT member should understand what tasks are due and when based on a weekly, rolling-wave-type display of project information. Each IPT member should also know which action items he or she owns, so they can work those tasks to closure.

Each IPT member should also know that he or she can manually update the information on the board such as action items, new risks, or other information on a daily basis. Management should be able to view the boards and to quickly understand status and corrective actions at a minimum.
