As we work on the actual event we decide on a variety of things such as location, costs, supplies, food requirements, entertainment and staff. We plan to have this event at the community center. We will need tables for vendors to set up crafts and make sure all vendors are licensed to sell products. We will discuss having a live local artist along with a food truck area. The food truck will need electrical outlets and a table or two.

We will have a security company come through every hour.
