Were frameworks, plans and notes used to lay a foundation and strategy for the negotiation? What were the major components of your plan?

Was an action plan presented that addressed implementation steps and timing?

Was your plan and subsequent conclusion backed by numerical and logical analysis?

Were there alternatives given, and reasons given for dismissing obvious alternatives?

What was the settlement of the negotiation or mediation?

Could the outcome had been better, worst, or better or worst for you?

EVER. well, I show up REALLY nervous and stammer that I've never done it before, then I make an offer and kind of kick my feet meekly at the ground.
