Collect data and analyze data from a survey focusing on certain aspects of the employees’ engagement experience and their perception of CSR in their companies.

Individually, you will need to collect data from 25 employees currently working in the UAE. The survey is an online survey and is already created. The data should be collected for one week. Once the students have collected their data, the collective dataset will be shared with all of you in an excel sheet. You will then analyze the data, using descriptive statistics (means, frequencies, percentages). Based on the results, you will make recommendations about employee engagement and perception of CSR.

This is a short report. The report should include:

Introduction (what is this research about and why it is important)

Brief description of how you collected your data

Results (tables are allowed but NOT graphs)

Recommendations
