Develop FIVE specific action Plans (or Goal) to Enhance NEGOTIATION Skills. Each Action Plan (please use headers) should include the three elements listed below. You may use “bullet point” format. It is expected that the student addresses negotiation competencies which they wish to enhance. The written examination should demonstrate in-depth personal thinking. • A goal statement. This should be SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time-bound). These goals must be specific related to Negotiation. General Business examples (Do NOT use: I want to be able to do accounting better) are NOT acceptable.• Action Steps to Accomplish Your Goal. This should include a step-by-step plan (approximately 5-6-7-8 action steps), including deadlines, required resources ($$, time, personnel), and people involved (their role and their involvement) •Evaluation Plan. This should include “milestone” check points, and a plan for determining how you will know you are on track toward your goal and how you will know once your goal has been achieved.
