Silicom is a designed call center system created for USCIS and immigration law offices to enhance their communication with their immigrant clients. For its first phase, it identifies keywords and translates into Spanish, Chinese and Hindi language. Powered by artificial intelligence, this new software is the automated representative that can assist immigrants located in California with their questions, and in the future, will be able to reply to questions for immigrants throughout the United States and in many more languages.
