1, could I get a two paragraphs response for this discussion post?

One of the many things that I learned from this course is how important it is to realize not everyone and every business is managed the same. Something things I learned about this is there are set of "rules" you can follow but you have to adjust those to fit around each business and person. The second thing I learned is to have a SMART goal. Going along with this if you have a SMART goal then its makes things so much more achievable for what your goals are. Lastly I learned that you set the mood of how your employees will work. Yes I understand that some people have bad days and come in and will not do there best, but for the majority if you are managing a business where you come in set a good mood or compliment people on there work they are more inclined to keep doing the job that you are praising them for. Overall this was my management course and I feel like this course gave a good foundation to build off of for my future classes ahead.
