1: Project Schedule Management (Activity Definition, Estimating, Sequencing, Schedule Development, Develop Resource Plan, Critical Path Analysis) - 10% During your coop term, your team has been hired by a project management consultancy firm to manage a new college building readiness. The building is complete and has been handed over to the College Management. Your team has to make a project resource and schedule plan for approval by the college management. If the resource and schedule plan is not approved by the college management, your team will be taken off the project, and your coop will be terminated.
