A Feed containing 45 mol % benzene and 55 mol % toluene is heated and throttled to 1 atm. The stream after throttling is fed into a separator. It is desired that the bottom of the flash should not contain more than 35 mol % benzene. Find the feed temperature and pressure. Also find the temperature in the flash drum. The system obey Raoults law, and the liquid and gas mixture is ideal. Hint: You will have to do the mass and energy balance to find the solution to this problem
