Activities A and B can begin with the start of the project. With the completion of Activities G and J, the project ends. The project Starting Date is the date of this examination. Saturdays and Sundays are holidays and there are no public holidays.

Using MS Projects draw the Project Diagram and analyse the project, to determine the Earliest Start Time, Earliest Finish Time and Free Floats (also called Slacks) of each activity. Identify the Critical Activities and the Critical Path.
