Assume that the employee will be accompanied by her/his mate and a family of two children who are elementary school students. For the different areas of training, who will provide it, how long do you expect it to take, and how will you assess the effectiveness of it?

For the second section of Part 1, investigate any areas of mandatory training or other laws in the Germany country (or country norms) related to employee training. Then, using the earlier research you did on the country's cultural values, make a list of 5 "Rules" that you would specify regarding either the content or presentation of training in Germany Country. With each "Rule", explain why it makes sense to you.
