This consultation process should provide team members with the opportunity to bring forward any issues within the company and to give their input on resolutions. The process may include any of the following: . Meetings . Performance reviews . Employee satisfaction surveys . Root cause analysis. 2. After the consultation process is complete, you must provide feedback to the team members on the outcomes.
