Address the following points: Review the posts by your peers about Ekvall's ten dimensions and provide your feedback by answering the following questions:My peer, Micheal stated that after he completed the creative climate assessment, the results from the assessment were pretty accurate about his company to a certain extent. he felt that the dimension of "conflict" was difficult to score as hia company does not welcome conflict even though it happens in any work environment. My peer felt that most working environments have conflict as employees take ideas or the credit of others which creates conflicts. For this dimension scored lowest in the assessment along with the "debate" dimension. Another dimension that was difficult to score was "idea support", My peer felt that his company supports all ideas that may come in but he feit that when a golden idea comes, our upper management seems to take the idea and develops it which takes away from the employee who generated the original idea. "Challenges, Dynamism, Playfulness, and Freedom" all ranked the highest on his assessment score as they all play a role at my company. My peer stated that they see challenges every day that we have to solve or overcome, the liveliness and playfulness is very high at my organization along with the freedom of working with very limited supervision. According to my peer, this assessment was very accurate when rating his company.
