After reading and comprehending this week's assignment in Chapter 9 of "Doing Research in Your Organization" by David Coghlan, I found that Systems Thinking and practice, along with Systems Thinking and Action Research, were most illuminating. As an educational leader, I believe that the most pivotal themes, in my opinion, will always surround Systems Thinking.
