After reviewing the class materials from weeks one and two, students should identify three different ideas to improve a process that is in desperate need of improvement. The ideas identified should come from a work or organizational experience (PTA, Volunteer job, Church, etc.). In a short, one-page paper identify the process and discuss why the process needs improvement. Be sure to define all the terms (e.g. process, improvement) needed to justify the conclusion you have drawn. All conclusions must be supported by the class material or relevant sources from the UMGC online library.
