Although it is clear from the first time we used the Garden Depot case studying that things were not going well, I still had a difficult time with was identifying variables more definitively without being overly generic. For example, we all have been able to identify that there are some serious management issues at the business. But, getting down to the actual repercussions of the management issues without simply saying, \"It makes it difficult for everyone,\" was a little difficult. It is important to be specific with the variables in order to ensure that the analysis will be effective and not be skewed by generalizations. For my final project I picked Case Study 1, and using this method will help me begin to identify variables more in depth at Phone Systems Inc. The case study identifies that one of the sites needs to be closed so that another can be open. A virtual team was put in place to make the decision on which site is to be closed, and there has been a lot of conict among the group. I am hopeful that this method will help me break down the issues to their root causes in order to come up with a solution
