1. To help understand an organization culture, think about some of the organizations to which you belong (work, social, etc). Do the organizations have their own culture and if so, how would you describe it? How does it influence individual decision making?

2. Imagine that your boss asks you to help change corporate culture, and this would indicate a major organizational change. How would you begin to set the stage for this transformation? What reasons would you use to support the change?

3. What type of leader do you want to be? How would you create that image or perception? How does the development of a mission statement, code of conduct, compliance program, etc aid in that effort?

4. Outline the four levels of Corporate Social Responsibility that companies can engage in? Provide documented examples of each.
