As human beings, we all have our own values, beliefs and attitudes that we have developed throughout the course of our lives. Our family, friends, community and the experiences we have had, all contribute to our sense of who we are and how we view the world. Umar is a good person who comes to office on time and do his work diligently, however he is not sincere when entrusted with products in his workplace, this surely isnt a good ethical practice as we are taught to act on high ethical standards which includes being sincere when we are entrusted with something.

Q1. Describe any five factors that could have a significant influence on Umars Ethical values in his workplace.

Justify your answer with one example each. What would you do if you were Umars boss? If you notice issues in college for example like; writing on the walls of class room, throwing water bottles around the class room, not locking the water properly, wasting food in cafeteria, not maintaining hygiene at cafeteria and rest rooms, and damaging the property of college. Since these issues has to be taken care of, as it is important for student to be ethical towards himself and environment.
