He once said, "Strategy follows people; the right person leads to the right strategy." How do you believe that his advice of over-delivering, having a positive attitude, and being privately ambitious led to his success as a strategist? 2. Review the section in chapter nine of our book on setting S.M.A.R.T. goals, and use your StrengthsFinder results to answer the following:

a. Write three SMART goals for yourself related to preparing for a career after college. Each of the goals you provide must address all SMART elements.
