Article: The Effect of Educational Program Based on PRECEDE Model in Promoting Prostate Cancer Screening in a Sample of Iranian Men. Use these guidelines to guide you as you write your critique. You will need to write a critical review of the article. Answer the following questions in paragraph format. The review should be at least 2 - 3 pages, typed, double-spaced, 12-point font, Times New Roman, and submitted in MS Word Format 1. Is there one mentioned? 4. How did the authors follow the PRECEDE - PROCEED Model? 5. Do the authors acknowledge the strengths and weaknesses of the study? Was the experiment/program successful? Was it not successful? Do the authors give reasons for success or failure of the experiment/program? Are the results thoughtfully evaluated? 6. What is the conclusion? Do the authors discuss the relationship of the conclusions to the original research questions and or purpose? Did the authors find some "new" information from the study? What are their recommendations for future research? How does this article fit into the "big picture" as far as health is concerned? 7. What is your take on the article? Does this seem like a valid research project? Why or why not? Does the experiment/program fit the main theories? Was it well written? Was there too much jargon or was it appropriate for the audience? How could this experiment or article translate into community health practice? Basically, you want to include good and bad points in the article and what you personally learned from reading the article. Be sure to explain the reasons for your opinions.
