Assignment 2 is about reflecting on the course content and connecting it to your own organization and experiences. If you are not currently employed, select an organization that you are familiar with.

The organization that I have selected is my former employer, a multinational publishing company headquartered in Europe.

How will you ensure that decision-makers can trust the information you are sharing with them? Identify three ways in which you will create a trust (i.e. how will they know that the information is in fact true?).

b) Describe how you will communicate the metrics you have selected to the decision-makers in your organization. Why do you want them to know this information? Include in your answer a description of how you will link the metrics you have chosen to the organizations strategy.

c) Give two examples of how you believe your organization could use (or does use) HR analytics for predictions or forecasting. Your answer could reference the metrics you referenced in question 4c, or you could reference different metrics for the purposes of predictive analytics.
