Develop a Value Stream Mapping for a process you are familiar with in a manufacturing company or service sector in Canada. You have to use the symbols that were shown in class $($Start or finish of the process, Process step, Waiting or Delay, Decision$).$ Identify places in the process that are obviously wasteful and could be improved. You need to add the timing of the processes $($Value added, non$-$value added, lead time, takt time, cycle time, uptime$).$ The main objectives of the value stream mapping project are to reduce lead times, optimize inventory levels, and enhance overall efficiency in the business process.
