Problem: code a method to find the average of all values in an integer matrix.

Data: A matrix will be passed in. The matrix may be empty but will not be null.

Output: Return the average of the matrix as an integer value.

Sample Data [ 1, 2, 3 ] , [ 4, 5 ] [ 4, 1 ] , [ 73, 2 ] Sample Output 3 20
