The latter (in other words, how they were supposed to be handled) should form the bulk of your presentation.

It is thus expected that your presentation under(a) above will be able to provide extensive answers to the following questions(among others): was the DIA value creation process within PM good practices? Was an appropriate scope statement prepared? Was a fully-fledged WBS prepared from the scope statement? How is it dealing with sponsors who have their own agendas? Were scheduling and control processes managed under the DIA single point of responsibility? Was there a formal process of learning from the DIA project? What could have been the best/better practices and other issues considered as salient, including their solutions?
