Can anyone help on how to answer these two question( in bold),

it's base on the general sense for my digital marketing course, under data analytics on collected data.

a. Outline a process you would use to determine the purpose for acquiring data.

You need to tell us how you will find out exactly why you need the data.

• Who do you speak to? Stakeholders? The Marketing Team?
• Where do you look? Strategies?
• What steps would you take to find out exactly why you need to source the data?
• How would you know that you need the data in the first place?

b. Outline a process you would use to identify and analyse data requirements.

This is again very similar to the above. It is why and how.

• How do you find out exactly what data you need?
• Again who and what do you consult?
• Do you look at the marketing plans to work out what data you need?
• Do you meet with the business to see what information they need to know?
