In this assignment, you will be required to conduct a search of a company on a website called BC Court Services Online. You will be assigned a specific company and your task will be to conduct a search to see what litigation the company has been involved in. You will then save a copy of the site results and upload it to the Brightspace assignment folder.

assigned company is A&W Food Services of Canada Inc.

The Court Services Online website is as follows: https://justice.gov.bc.ca/cso/index.do

Instructions: 1. Review the instructors previous video review where he walks through the Court Services Online website. 2. On Brightspace, go to the assignment folder and click on the list of companies to see which company you have been assigned to search for. 3. Go to the BC Court Services Online website and click "Search Civil". Then Clikc "Party Name". Then Click the bubble for "Organization" so that you can search by organization/company. In the search bar, type the name of your assigned company. Complete the Captcha and the results for the company should appear. 4. Once the results page shows up, take a screenshot or print the page showing the various litigation that the company has been involved in. 5. Upload the screen-shot or a copy of the printed search results to the Brightspace assignment folder. 6. Ensure you complete the assignment by the assignment deadline as late assignments will be penalized in accordance with the policies listed in the course outline. 7. Double-check your submission to make sure it has been uploaded correctly and is complete.
