This is basically the project I chose:

Balance Tires - is a new small business in Bertie County which plans to offers new and used tires, tire rotations and balancing, and state inspections. The owner has little business experience and has identified the following projects that must be completed prior to the opening. Because the owner is new to business ownership, you will have to determine a budget. Balance Tires hope to open by Sept 2022.

A) Select and Install a new point of sales system

B) Create a marketing plan which includes (but is not limited to) a new website, print media and social media.

C) Establish Human Resource Plan (Hire and onboard staff, establish safety policies and conduct training).
