Rashed asked for an agenda at the start and strove to keep the meeting on track when provided with an outline by Jasmine. 5. Teena shared some good ideas but backed down and kept quiet the entire period when faced with a reasoned argument from the others. 6. Basem's phone kept buzzing throughout the meeting but he ignored it. 7. The meeting ended abruptly when Fida just left the meeting giving a lame apology.
