Your initial priority is to clean up the chargemaster. You will develop a plan for clean$-$up of the chargemaster. This plan is to be a manual process $($not automated

or handled externally$),$ should include the appropriate personnel to assign for this task, what types of errors may have occurred to cause the denied claims, and

how to find the errors.

After the chargemaster has been brought up to date, your focus needs to shift to keeping this up to date. Develop a separate plan for updating the chargemaster.

This plan is again to be a manual process, should include the appropriate personnel, when official updates are released $($code sets, policies, payers, etc.$),$ and

how and when to incorporate these updates into your CDM$.$

Each process that you develop should be approximately $1$ page in length and needs subheadings to identify the separate steps of your plan$($s$).$ Steps can be

numbered or bulleted.
