Much has been written on these companies who are leaders in their respective categories, so it makes sense to focus on other brands. Think about unknown or lesser-known brands, simply because it is a worthy exercise to evaluate brands that have not already become category or subcategory leaders/owners.

A USEFUL OUTLINE FOR THIS ASSIGNMENT
Divide your paper into four parts:
- Situation Analysis such as background, trends, and problems facing the brand
- Key insights as to how the brand competes
- Solutions the brand has employed to act on key insights
- Results the brand achieved from these solutions and the recommended positioning statement

Approach this assignment as if you are marketers working on behalf of the brand or the company. If you actively use outside resources, you should cite them, preferably using MLA or APA style.
