Consider the communication process and professionalism when communicating. Think of a time when you were communicating with someone, and your message was interpreted negatively by the recipient. In your post, I want you to explain the scenario, the type of channel that you chose to communicate with the recipient, and why you think the interpretation between you and the individual did not go as plan. Lastly, think of what you would do differently to, maybe, change the outcome of the situation and why do you think this would have improved the communication mishap between you and the recipient.
