Plan the content
Details matter here! The part-time employee will be executing your content plan so s/he needs to be given:
A breakdown of content types (original, user-generated, co-created, curated)
Media types (images w/captions, videos, GIFs, plain text)
Style guide
Breakdown of value appeals (utilitarian, entertainment, community)
At least 2 examples of possible content

Distribute and promote content

Provide rough guidelines for targeting (demographics, psychographics, etc.)...choose only two-five for the purpose of this exercise

Measure success

Determine the most important metric for the employee to be checking regularly as a sign of good performance (likes, followers, growth rate, video viewing stats, etc.)
