Create a risk register for a playground project:

1. Identify your top potential risks, including at least one positive risk.

2. Plot the two risks on a probability/impact matrix. Assign a probability of each risk and its impact on meeting the main project objectives. Use a scale of 1 to 10 to assign the values, with 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest. For a simple risk factor calculation, multiply these two values (probability score times impact score). Enter the new data in the risk register. Write your rationale for how you determined the scores.

3. Assign a risk owner(s) to each risk. Enter it into the risk register.

4. Develop a response strategy for each major risk. Enter the information into the risk register. Explain what specific tasks should be done to implement the strategy. Include time and cost for each strategy.
