3. Problem - The purpose of this exploratory review is to answer the question:

How can technological resources be used to improve e-Commerce business processes?

4. Learning outcome - At the end of this research, the student should be able to identify and

describe, using examples, the technological resources, activities, and processes that can be

applied to improve e-Commerce business efficiency.

5. Content - The basic content of this assignment should include

At least three of the following seven e-Commerce processes: Planning and sourcing a product, storage and warehousing, customer order fulfillment, returns (reverse logistics), digital marketing, customer relationship management, payment gateway (payment processing)

At least three of the following technological resources: Autonomous mobile robots (AMR), software applications, artificial intelligence (AI), Machine learning, Big data analysis, Cloud computing, Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain technology; 5G technology.

The research should include specific examples and real business cases to describe, support or explain the assignments content.

6. Deliverables This assignment is divided into two parts:

A written document (Exploratory review report)

An oral presentation (including questions & answers session)

7. Evaluation criteria This final assignment will be graded based of the following criteria:

Written document- 8 points out of 20

Oral presentation- 12 points out of 20

Based on both the written document and oral presentation, a single mark will be

awarded to the team (same mark for all group members)

8. Requirements This assignment should comply with the following requirements:

Written document: 6 to 10 pages length (main content); normal margins (1 inch top, bottom, left, right); 1.15-line space; the document should include at least five reference sources.

Oral presentation: 3 minutes presentation; 10 -15 minutes questions and answers (all group members must be able to answer all questions)
